Booking Guidelines
Booking submissions at The Mountain Room for SHOWS & PUBLIC EVENTS are made using the form below. Before you submit, please review our booking guidelines first.

1.) The Mountain Room is currently booking shows Thursday through Sunday. (Closed Mondays, Open Mics Tuesdays & Karaoke Wednesdays).
2.) Weekends are often booked out 2-4 months in advance. We love working with new local artists, so even if you’re a new/smaller local band, we’re definitely down to work with you on a Sunday or Thursday show and make it the best it can be.
3.) For mid-week (Sunday & Thursday) shows, we are generally hoping to have at least 30-50 attendees. For weekends (Friday and Saturday), we’re generally shooting to have at least 75-100 ticket buyers over the course of the show (sellout is 200). These aren’t necessarily hard and fast rules, but consider these general targets our booking team is trying to hit when asking about potential dates or building potential bills.
4.) Due to the overwhelming number of requests we receive for booking, we can’t promise a response to all submissions. If you’ve dropped us a line and haven’t heard back, please feel free to follow up with another email a few weeks later.
5.) Absolutely DO NOT call The Mountain Room to attempt to book a show. The people answering that number are not involved in booking.
6.) The Mountain Room is a 21+ venue with a full bar & kitchen. Performers under 21 are allowed in the venue for soundcheck & their performance ONLY and will be given an ‘Under 21’ wristband.
7.) Tips for Touring Bands: Please include the date/potential dates you are looking to play. Include detailed information about your history playing in Seattle (including turnout for previous shows, bands you played with, etc.), and let us know if you have any Seattle locals interested in joining you for your next show.

We currently offer Full (Bar, Venue & Billiard Room) and Partial (Venue) buyouts of our space for all days of the week.
All buyouts require a minimum food and beverage spend based on the day of the week.
We also offer Daytime Rentals for Music Videos, Business Meetings, Photo Shoots or other
non-bar related needs !
