About the event

The Factory Luxe is proud to host an evening of music from local artists:

Naytropolis

Born and raised in Seattle, Nathan Nzanga is a first generation Congolese-American storyteller with a whole lot of love to share. Recognizing the power in his pen, Nzanga speaks of a universal truth while taking his audience on an invigorating ride reflecting on his journey through life’s ups and downs. Sonically, Nathan wears all of his influences on his sleeves, blending hip-hop with elements of folk, R&B, soul, gospel and musical theatre. Nzanga wouldn’t classify himself as just a rapper, but a SoulPop Storyteller.

49th Parallel

49th parallel is a collective based in Seattle formed in Highschool by a group of close friends. Our sound combines the styles and inspirations of everyone in the group making for a fresh and eclectic take on alternative Hip-hop music.

Kateel

Kateel was born and raised in Lake City, Seattle, WA. Before music, his main focus was becoming a pro basketball player. In 2017, Kateel was on the #1 HS basketball team in the country. Around that time he taught himself to record & produce music in his Grandmother’s basement and in his high school’s music rooms. That summer Kateel graduated HS & dropped a 15 song self-produced project called “Innocence is Ignorance” and moved to LA to pursue a music career. In 2018, he was homeless battling depression & anxiety. In 2019, he signed with major label Atlantic Records on the low. In 2020, his debut major label project “Mind Over Matters” was featured on the NBA playoffs.

Matondo

Daniel Nzanga better known as Matondo is a Congolese-American, Seattle-based singer, rapper, producer and DJ specializing in Hip Hop and R&B music that expresses his energy for life and music in every song and set.
