Pole for Justice
A fundraiser, showcase, and party!Â
Expect sexy storytelling, incredible acrobatics, flowy floorwork, and some audience participation too!Â
The show will feature MCing and a special guest performance from world renowned performer and instructor, Jordan Kensley!Â
Snag a Splash Zone ticket for front row seats and the possibility of the performers interacting with you during their set!
Formerly this event has been an international, virtual pole competition started as a collaboration between Positive Spin Pole Dance Fitness, Roz the Diva, Sam Doblick, Sammy Wong, and Wren Amelia in March of 2020 as a way to keep the pole community thriving and provide financial relief to sex workers, who are an integral part of pole’s history and also hit the hardest by covid.Â
In our 2020-2022 seasons we raised over $6,000, and we want to keep that ball rolling, with this live, in-person event!
Pole dance as a hobby exists thanks to sex workers in strip clubs.Â
We do not want to separate ourselves from sex workers, but instead want to stand with them in allyship.Â
50% of profit from the Pole for Justice event (including performer registration, performer photo/video packages, audience tickets, and merchandise sales) is donated to POC SWOP.Â
Sex Workers Outreach Project (SWOP) advocates for Rights Not Rescue for sex workers. POC-SWOP is a POC-led, Seattle based chapter of SWOP.Â
The other 50% of profit from the event funds Positive Spin Pole Dance's low-income scholarship program, so we can help make pole dancing accessible to more people.

The Splash Zone is front row seating and has the potential for performer interaction. The performers may touch you, but you should not take the initiative to touch them. We hope you enjoy getting up close and personal with our show!
